Moved from advising companies to building one.
Founded an AI company that builds, hosts and runs custom software for businesses, with AI agent teams doing the work and people accountable for every decision. As sole founder, owns strategy, product, brand, engineering, infrastructure and budget.
Company leadership
- Took Komatik from first commit to a 10-product portfolio in 8 months.
- Built the business from zero: business model, offer, go-to-market, and the customer path from sign-up to live billing to delivery.
- Designed an AI workforce of 21 role-based agents with risk levels, budgets, access controls and human approval gates.
- Owned a multi-cloud stack and its spend, and built internal AI workloads on NVIDIA Blackwell.
- Set the governance bar: security audit, CI security gate, staged releases, weekly restore drills.
Product and engineering
- Architected the platform end to end: a business orders software, AI agents build it, and Komatik hosts and maintains it monthly.
- Built the build engine: AI agents plan, assemble, test and deploy apps across 20 framework families, from web and mobile to firmware.
- Built AI agent teams that take on 30 kinds of business work for each customer, holding finished work for the owner's approval.
- Launched four consumer products: Lodge, Sundog, Firn and Lyra.
